 Blade & Soul a.k.a "Sword of the Spirit" is a well-known South Korean online game.
A fantasy martial-arts (MMORPG) developed by NCsoft. Publisher(s) by NCsoft and Tencent.
Development started around 2008 using the engine of Unreal 3.

 Yes we can now try an official Blade and Soul. The Blade and Soul (Chinese Server) opens their public Beta test starting November 28. There is no IP Block (for now), meaning people from North America to South East Asia can play the game. Unfortunately the high traffic and lag will cause you a lot of stress. Not to mention the over 2000 server queue up time.
Instructions to register and download.

 Before you install the game, please change your system locale to "Simplified PRC Chinese" as it is required to install the game. Failure to do so might result in an installation error.

 No need to download QQtorrent, utorrent will suffice 

For English patch download the link below.

How to install:

Step 1: Run the setup.exe
Step 2: Install on default directory (there's no need to be on the game's folder)
Step 3: Run the shortcut on your Desktop called "China English Patch".
Step 4: Click "Apply Patch".
Step 5: Enjoy.
Step 6: Repeat Step 3 and 4 once a day for (maybe) new translations.

FAQs: 
Is this the private or the an official server?
Official Chinese Server (link down below).

Does the Chinese server  (Blade and Soul) has an English Translation?
As of now the server don't have any English translation. We could expect third party for the NPC translation.

How about the lag, the traffic, and the server queue?
Your latency depends on where you at, In SEA probably 200-300ms.
For now the traffic is so high you need to wait (server queue) to get in.
